Functionality-wise I think Strymon safe; MIDI and proper patch storage are the primary non-trivial distinguishing factors for me.

Sound-wise, however? I've heard and read enough Strymon BS demos and reviews to believe that the Oceans 12 is at least as sonically interesting as the BS.

There aren't a lot of music demos out there yet so I did this.

Details are in the description.

I find a lot of these pedal fun, but almost too over the top for practical applications. I’ve owned the all. The best balance of flexibility, quality, but most important use ability is the Neunaber Immerse MKii

Strymon killer? I doubt that. Strymon makes some great stuff and I would take their build quality over EH stuff any day of the week and twice on Sunday. That said. there are a TON of amazing products out there that sound absolutely fantastic at all kinds of sizes and price points. It really comes down to your primary interest sound wise, rig, musical style etc. I find each maker does something a little different somewhere than the other guy but 80% of all the sounds available on all these pedals can overlap and be more than enough to get you by.

I can't disagree with the comment above on Neunaber. For their size, price point and what they offer they are absolutely exceptional. If you are more of a set and forget player not looking for a zillion pitches and such, Neunaber needs to be a consideration.
