Those were pretty good sounding pedals for what they are, pretty amp like but I still like my real amps but the Boggy pedals are pretty good.

I got one last time they did the deal. I love the pedal, I boost my bassman with it, and it sounds so thick and tasty. I really wanna try the red now as well.

Really liked the blue for cranked amp sounds at house-friendly volumes. Takes pedals well to boost, too.

I have found if you run it full tilt boogie, it can get a little noisy. The blue to me, really isn't a super high gain pedal. It does that mid gain stuff real well and can take other boosts in front/behind it well. I do agree though if you turn the trim pots up all the way it is noisy but by that time, it's gaining more than I would expect it to.

I had the Ubershall and tried it every way possible. Really wanted it to work but to get the goods the background noise wasn't workable even with a gate.
By contrast i have/had many different overdrive type pedals with none of the same problems.
