I'm considering getting a Charvel style neck made by them. How close is their ProMod back profile to the real thing? I played one recently and it felt awesome. I would consider just buying a Charvel neck, but the guitar it's going on has a 2 3/16" neck pocket. Plus I prefer a 1 5/8" nut width with an R2 Floyd nut.

You're asking if anyone has played this specific maker's version of a neck compared to the original... Kinda niche... One of my partscasters has a Musikraft neck and it's good quality but I based it off what I was told were the dimensions of a Kramer so can't tell you anything else except build quality is great

From what I've read the build quality is amazing. I'm just wondering how close the shape/ feel is to the original.

Could always hit eBay and grab one of the EVH Wolfgang necks. SS frets, 1 5/8" with a Floyd nut...they're slick as hell and feel an awful lot like a Charvel neck. I got a Stealth a few days ago and love the neck, and this is coming from a guy that loves '50s LP necks.

I know it's not what you asked but it's an option...
