2 wildly different feeling guitars that I love to play. the DK (which I got here from gbsmusic at an unbelievable price
) is an effortless guitar to play.
I've put in a push in arm, and Aldrich in the bridge and a 1/4 pounder in the neck with a push/pull pot to split the Aldrich.
Really versatile guitar, goes from full on metal to SRV with minor adjustments on my Splawn.
The RG655M is stock except for a Magic arm trem assembly I put on. The Splawn loves the Tonezone /air Norton combo.
I've gone through a lot of RGs over the years, I never seem to be able to bond with them like I do with my Jacksons/Charvels
so I end up flipping them and then always finding another on it's way to my house. This one I'm getting along with pretty well so far,
hopefully I can figure it out and gig with it because it's a great sounding guitar.
