Hello,

i use my BE-100 at home at low volume settings with an Fractal Audio FX8 II with the 4 cable method so my master volume is on the back.
I was just playing a couple of minutes and suddenly i hear two loud pops out of my speakers and the amp completly shuts down. I can not power it up anymore, its dead. I checked the fuse but it seemed OK.
What happened? It is a 2016 model , bought it new from a store in Germany.
Sometimes, when the amp was running, the red light on the front was flickering but it went away after a while and occasioanlly came back. Posted a thread here about that flickering and i was told its just
bad solder connection, nothing to worry about. Not sure about that anymore... .
Some ideas what could have happened and how to resolve the problem?

Many thanks in advance.

Your checking the wrong fuse. The mains fuse is in the slide out tray of the ac receptical. You have bad power tubes or tube.. new fuse, new tubes and a bias and your good. Thanks

Dave, you need to set up a tech section on your website with FAQ. It would save you from answering the same thing over and over.
