My evh 5150 III has gone purple.

I had some left over spray paint. Took me 10 min to do this morning...

I'm thinking if adding black knobs too
 
Looks cool.
I'd put dark chickenheads on that thing so I could see them on a dark stage

First, GREAT paint job! Making me want to do something like that with my Ivory one, purple and ivory stripes maybe?

Second, where you order the knobs from as I'd love to have a set too!

I ordered them from a company on eBay. Once I get them ill post a pic and link
 
^ I was looking at some on line and they didn't seem as purple as your purple, hope the ones come in and they match!

You opened up Pandora's box of colors in my mind for my Ivory 5150 III 50!

What paint and color did you use? I am looking at painting my pedalboard, and that is the color that I want.

I just bought a can if rustoleum from Lowe's. I actually bought the paint for my pedalboard, which is the same color

Thats looks like a lighter "royal purple"
I love mixing colours; I now think guitars and amps with a single colour scheme look boring

I put black chicken heads on my Jet City, with red for the masters = very easy to find on stage
 
Okay, looking @ knobs online now and some show as for solid and split shafts.

Anyone know what our 5150 III 50s have... solid or split? Or doesn't it matter and they're just being an @$$ as the knobs are the same price??
