My new Build is ready - Skervesen content

I've been posting some updates in a build thread in Tech Talk, but I don't think many folks travel there, so posting here. It took 12 months, I placed my order in January 2017 and made my deposit almost a year to the date, but it's ready.

I have been on a quest for various HSS model guitars. I also love 7 strings. I was rather shocked and disappointed to find out that 7 String HSS guitars simply do not exist except for the Ibanez APEX200 KORN which has a tremolo and rosewood fretboard and costs $2k. So I had one built.

Specs:
4AP 7 string
Basswood wings with Rosewood Soul tone block center piece - See the pics, it has a huge rosewood block in the back and I wanted the light basswood to counter that.
5 piece Maple/Wenge/Maple neck
Flamed maple fretboard with small blue Luminlay dots in a pattern i asked for
Flamed maple top with a blue burst satin finish - this was not "exactly" how I wanted but it's still good.
Bareknuckle Nailbomb/Trilogy/Trilogy pickups
25.5" scale
single volume, no tone control knob.
World Domination Mod for the Bridge pickup only - this makes it sound close to an acoustic

I've been following your thread in Tech Talk, too. That finish is amazing! Love the rosewood, too! If that plays half as fast as it looks... (bet it does). Awesome!! Glad to see it's finally done!

Thanks all, I can't wait to get it. Getting a little nervous with shipping, worry about the rosewood part I guess, but I asked up front about it and it was ok. And I'm really curious how it's going to sound, I don't think I've ever had a guitar where most of the body was a big ass chunk of rosewood.

I am gas'ing for so many things right now, it hurt to put the other half of the money over. It was not a good time for it to be ready, but still geared up for it.
