Cool man. It's good to see the Plank Cranker in there.

Plank cranker getting some love. Still have mine and its back on my board. My friend in town also has one and likes it.

Always wanted to try a Nobels ODR-1, how does that compare to the Plank Cranker?

Very cool! Nice little bio too

Board looks great! Many tones are to be had there.

honestly, the ODR-1 is probably the most versatile OD i have. In my setup, the cranker doesn't really impart any highs until you turn the cut up close to or past 3:00, the ODR-1 is more linear.

mine is the 10th anniversary edition Plus model that has a pre boost in it.

both have their uses though!

besides, if it is good Enough for Brent Mason, it is good enough for me!

Cool, the ODR-1 sounds like a cool pedal. If I see a good deal used, I may have to pick one up.

I also know what you are saying about the plank cranker's cut knob, I generally run mine near all the way up and not less than 3 o'clock.
