My Rig and Introduction!

Alright guys, so I've been on sevenstring.org for the past year or so, and I've lurked around here(mostly in the classified section :lol: :LOL: )

Anyways, I started playing when I was 10, but quit soon thereafter up until about a year ago. I've probably gone through over a dozen guitars and several amps in the past 9 months, but right now, I've got what I think is a winner. (i've probably said that at least 3-4 times by now. Damn GAS)

The RIG: VHT Pittbull UL, Emperor 2x12 with an eminence tonker and manowar. Xotic BB and an ISP decimator.

The Axe: Caparison Horus HGS with a WCR Godwood in the bridge and a SD Hot Rails in the neck.

I hope to start posting more here and becoming more knowledgeable on all things guitar and music related. The last thread I put up got really quick and educated responses that definitely convinced me that this was the place to be..

I had to do a double-take on your post...I thought I wrote it!!! :lol: :LOL:

Like you, I got my first guitar at 14 and played for a few years then stopped...picked it back up about 4 years ago (at 29) and never looked back.

In the past 3 years alone, I've gone through 18 different amps and 29 different guitars before I found my perfect matches. I THOUGHT I found the right amp and guitar several times, but I was wrong. My new pieces just feel so damn right.

unfortunately it's a Pinocchio reissue. I prefer the lies that the NOS one had to tell ;)
