Hey guys, so here is my second video of rig tips. This one covers backup gear, and some tips on what kind of spare equipment to bring to a gig.

Check out my first episode here:

Hey thanks for all your time putting that together. Some useful tips there, esp re cables.

Might I suggest, for newbie gigging guitarists, Episode 3 might talk about 'soundchecking to a room' - eg making sure you adjust mods, reverb and delays to suit a room size/height/shape and furnishings?

Many players forget to do this, and forget how much things like ceiling height will effect the wet sounds.

Really good job though.

Thanks! That's a great idea! Although, in my experience having any decent length of soundcheck is a bonus, and I'm usually just rushing to set up in-between bands. I also use effects so infrequently, that those parameters have never been an issue to dial in. I'm always on the subtle side of things.
