NAD Fortin modded Peavey VTM 120

I picked up Bubbastains Fortin modded VTM 120 about a week ago and after some tube swapping, am in total love. This thing crushes my previous Fortin Bones. This modded beast has incredible dynamic range and amazing clarity. This is definitely a keeper.

I asked Gower about modding one I had last year and he said he would do sort of a Jose type mod on it for like $400 but after shipping that heavy sumbitch it really wouldnt have been worth it.

Nice clip man! I’m glad it seems to have found a good home. Yeah, I always said the day I sell that amp is the day I decide to stop playing. Well I haven’t exactly stopped playing, but I’m definitely rounding 3rd base. Just playing around with lower gain less tight tones for this last bit.
I can honestly say that it was the best sounding (to me) amp I’ve had come through my room over the last decade. No boost, gate or eq ever needed for me. Just a roll of the volume knob and a delay in the loop.
