The time is finally here! My Pink Taco is here! First impressions. This little guy is a beast! Very aggressive and has tons of balls. Lots of gain on tap.
This is my first amp from Friedman and to me it sounds like the Brown Eye mods that I have played. With the bass knob turned up quite I bit I think It has enough bottom end. Wouldn't need more for a band mix. It's bright like I expected as well. If your looking for Friedman tone but on a budget and not needing the extra power, this is your best option at the moment IMO.
I've played it through 2 Port City Cabs, 1x12OS and 2x12OS. All loaded with Scumback M75s. The 1x12OS sounded great. Cool little combo there. The ported cab helps nicely with the low end for this amp. Plugging in the 2x12OS was amazing. Very huge! Absolutely loved it!
Here is a pic right now. I will do iPhone 5 clips later tonight or tomorrow. Not going to be the best clips but hopefully it gives everyone an idea.
