Got this sucker yesterday from Tone Monster (great seller, BTW).

Fired her up and she sounds killer, just like a Mark III should. I've regretted selling my blue stripe Mark III for awhile now and this one is a red stripe in the short head shell. It also has the R2 volume mod.

No more amps for me, I'm done (not counting my prepaid CCV :D !

Killer amp!!!!!!!!!!! I'll be picking one up again, should never have sold mine! CONGRATS!!!!!!!

I always consider selling mine. I always go back and forth, and it is hard, because when the amp is on my good side, nothing else sounds like it.

Enjoy it

The Boogie logo is SO much cooler than the Mesa/Boogie logo too! haha

I have a red stripe and it's a ripper. Great amps for under 1k. While not the most versatile for on the fly switching, they really scream for leads and metal playing.

congrats on the new amp day. Always wanted to try a mark III....

Congrats on the new amp day. Mark IIIs are winners for sure.

I had one once. I would like to hava another now that I know more about amps. I have a rectoverb right now. Its pretty cool. The pushed clean is the best. The high gain lead tone aint happenin. I like a more defined low end. I htink if you play a 7 string this would be cool with the gain maxed. Slight petrucci thing going on. Veyr fluid. I remember the crucnh channel on the mark 3 being VERY good.

Congrats! I love my Mk III Coli... the R2 mod is a must.

Love it! Congrats. The short Mark heads are so cool. So much power and tone in such a small package!
