Was that the head or combo? What speakers?

that was the head...through a Mesa 2x12 with vintage 30s. To me, this amp sounds way better with 6L6s. When I went to buy it off the guy he had 6L6s in it. sounded great. I got home and tried 2 sets of EL34s....and I didn't like it at all. It sounded like a box.

SOunds great...maybe could be a little raw-er....didn't know you sang either

Heh..you know a JEM would sound killer through that ;)

sounds nice, but doesn't really crunch up enough for my taste, its more of a smoother amp, great lead sound though

That was you singing? Pretty close to the original, I'm impressed. Lights out is one of my favorite classic rock albums.

Yes it was...I don't know about that, but thanks...I just thought the clip would sound better with some vox, so I sat down with a condenser and did a quick take. I'd say my favorite UFO song is "Love to Love You" and I really dig Schenker's last studio album with them...."Self Made Man" is a damn cool song!
