I told myself if I ever saw one of these pop up locally, I'd grab it. The chances didn't seem very likely, but sure enough I came across this on marketplace a few days ago, right here in town. The price was reasonable & seller was very cool. I stopped by to look at it on my way into work, plugged in the tele he had sitting out, played a few chords & it was a done deal.

It's exactly what it's advertised to be; a slight modded plexi sound with a really good master volume. It hasn't been easy working the past few nights & not playing this instead, but I was finally able to spend some time with it this morning. The MV really is good and makes it useable at lower levels, but you still need to get this loud enough to move some air to really hear it open up.

I haven't noodled around with it an awful lot at this point. Pretty much grabbed my R7 & Suhr Classic, start with everything on 10, then dial back a bit to taste. The Strat neck pickup tones are absolutely a thing of beauty. Since NAD threads are useless without clips, here's some quick & sloppy LP riffing. Running into the Reactive Load, on the stock greenback 4x12 IR, tiny bit of room verb added.
