Which of these pickups do you prefer in a Les Paul, and why?

Alnico in the Nailbomb. From what I can remember The Rebel Yell in the Paul sounds a little more balanced. The low end is a little softer which is a good thing in a Les Paul. Cannot remember enough about the feel. The RY is considered a brighter pickup but it sits perfect in the LP to me. I tried Nailbomb, Miracle Man, Crawlers,Mules, and VHII in a Les Paul, and the Rebel Yell won.Mogwai":3dvjcy1q said:glip22":3dvjcy1q said:I have used a Nailbomb in a Paul . How do the NB and RY differ in sound and feel in a Paul? I've heard the RY is just an under wound NB...
Are your experiences with the NB with an alnico or ceramic magnet?

I tried a Holy Diver in the past in another strat type guitar and did not love it.Mogwai":3ebrpob6 said:glip22":3ebrpob6 said:Alnico in the Nailbomb.
