1st "EMPOWER" is not a word. Nobody GIVES power to anyone. If a person uses this expression anyplace for the real verb that is being purposely avoided, then they're simply covering up the fact that they are pussies.

First they create a straw man, 'cause without it they can't even appear to have something:
Saying a woman is ambitious has hitherto been offensive.

Then they offer their innovative solution:
It's perfectly-OK for a woman to be ambitious.

Gee, I learned so much from that. Does this mean that it's also OK for a woman to be intelligent, punctual, insightful, polite, patient, musical, ambidextrous, funny...? So many celebrity-video clips are gonna have to be made and I guess I'll have to be patient (is that OK for a man too?) 'cause it may take a while 'til they've all appeared on YouTube.

The upside is that once I've watched them all, I'll know what it's OK to be, both for men and women. Won't that be sumpin'?

This video is about 40yrs too late & is a current flat out lie & it's socially divisive.

Women have been in TOP positions of leadership for over 40yrs & it's always been available to them, if they wanted it.

What we really don't get told & they won't admit is a woman wants the top job + have a long break from work for a her family too.

This is unfair to men as they don't get a break from a career and they generally garner more work intelligence and work experience by not having that break.

With that said, a 'business' should always hire the very best person for the role regardless of gender. If a woman is better, hire her and if a man is better, hire him.

Business is about output & profit, it's not a social experiment for people who are living a lie.
