Picked up my unloaded 4x12 today. Great build quality and Paul is really cool to deal with. Loaded it with some old made in the UK greenbacks and it sounds killer, it is up there with my Mills and a lot better than any Marshall, Randall, Avatar or Egnater I've owned. Might have to talk to Paul about ordering a bright white one in the future though. This was supposed to be white but all he had on hand was the "antique white" tolex which is more like a cream color. The color looked pretty close in his shop so I told him to go ahead and use it. I set my bright white amps on top of it when I brought it home today and it looks a bit wierd/mismatched to me. Killer cab though, been playing through it all evening and it just slays.

Damnit, I am trying so hard not to buy your Tremoverb. I saw that thing in the classifieds and haven't looked at that forum since.  I could even pick it up, I think we live like 15-20 minutes apart if I remember right from the thread I made when I got the DSL modded. You get your DSL yet?

Yeah, I got it last week. I am lovin it. Buy my ToV :poke:

Awesome cab. Even hotter Marshall. I think that is the only Marshall I ever fell in love with as far as looks go.

Looks killer. Sell it to me if you decide to unload it. ;)

I'm thinking about it, just waiting for Paul to call me back so I can ask him how much it would be to do another one in bright white tolex. PM me or give me a call if you want to discuss it.

He's still not putting that center post in eh? That sucks.

Some cabs don't need a center post. Mojave 4x12's are the best I've ever heard or owned and they don't have a center post. The Kress looks like it's much the same. Just sayin.

The back panel is full 3/4" plywood, not the thinner particle board like Marshall cabs and a lot of others. It's a tighter, clearer sounding cab than a lot I've had with center posts, doesn't need one IMO. Having been to his shop I'm sure he could build you one with a center post if you wanted it that way though, guy's got skills and a real nice woodworking shop.
