NCD - Marshall

Saw this cabinet on the GC used website, loaded with circa 1979 G12-80's (1105 cone code). This things sounds awesome with my 1982 JCM800 2203. It has got more mojo in person than the pictures do it justice.

Nice! I have 2 cabs with those G12 80s and they are a very underrated speaker. More neutral than other Celestions, my JCM 800s sound great through them. Really lets you use the Marshall eq more than other celestions. I also have a '79 cab with Marshall labeled G12 65s and they sound great as well. My 2 favorite speakers..I've sold the greenback and V30 cabs that I had...

They ARE very underrated, these speakers really have a powerful low-end. Looks like a piece of shit but sounds great, I really bought it for the speakers. It was only $399.
