NDG: 1988 MIJ Floyded Strat

Went into Buffalo Brothers Guitars yesterday to play the PRS Mira and what do I see all alone in the corner next to some overpriced Relics? This old girl:

She needs a little TLC and I'll eventually "Badgerize" it, but not bad for a 20 year old guitar.

I love the 80's MIJ strats. A friend of mine (that's a drummer and never uses it) has one that plays and sounds killer but he won't sell it to me.

Of course it all single coils with a vintage trem.

I saw that....looks good! However, I like to get my hands on a guitar before I buy it. That way, I know if it has the "it" factor that I like. Plus, I get to check out the overall construction.
