The front control plate was bent inward and the tolex was cut on one side, so I'm assuming it needs a front control plate replaced and a re-tolex. I checked the inside and everything looked okay so I plugged in the amp and it worked fine. It sounded amazing. Here are pics of the damage:

I would uninstall the 4 pots (2 masters, pres and deep), get out a "rubber hammer" (hope that you know what I mean) and straighten that up again. Then you won't need a new face plate . . . the whole chassis is pushed inside . . .
Pots are wire soldered, not PCB mounted, so thats pretty easy to get them out.

Thanks! I get what you mean, and I do have a mallet (rubber hammer). I'll see what I can do when I get home and report back. The side of the head is still cut through the tolex into the wood though :( I don't think there's anything that can be done for that other than replacement.

Just have it retolexed at lopoline. They do itncheap and you can pick out a crazy custom color.
