NEED HELP WITH GCX AND MESA AMP SWITCHER

hello, i amp building a HUGEEEE rack system 40 spaces, and i have lots of amps and preamps i was going to use a triaxis with a 290 ,an ada mp1 with a strategy, and a marshall jmp 1 and 9200 and i am going to buy a mesa boogie high gain amp switcher and was wondering how connect this to a gcx and since i have 3 preamps going to 3 power amps plugged into the amp switcher if that would be 3 loops in the gcx or since plugged into the amp switcher would i plug the amp switcher to the gcx and be only 1 loop
i need to know
