So I have tried just about every pick from V-Pick and Gravity that has looked interesting to me. I also have a nice freezer-size bag full of these various picks to prove it   . I find the Gravity Striker 4mm is perfect for me, even after all these years of still trying others.

However, I have grown to absolutely loathe the chirp that these acrylic/plastic picks produce! I need some recommendations of some picks that are basically the Striker in 4mm, but that will not friggin' chirp on attack.

I had the same problem.

Check out Winspear Instrumental.

I've had great luck with these, too. Qweklain, I'd say a sampler from Winspear would be a great way to go.

BHL picks on Etsy are my current fave, especially the Hodor.

can't live with the chirp either. Had to abandon that quest.

I used Winspear and was one of the guys that got his first picks he ever made. However, he does not have anything that is 4mm, identical to the Striker, or non-tapered which is something I also do not like. Maybe I will ask him if he can custom make one, although I have never seen him make anything anywhere near 4mm thick.

Funky looking but I hear Dragon heart has less chirp. I play Redbears for years now. I may try a Dragon

JazzIII for me - solely and only - the "Lil' Red Pick That Could".

MaxGrip is a nice option. That's all I can offer as this is all I use - ever - and I can't even hold a different pick nowadays without it feeling totally foreign.

I might suck, but there's a slew of pros out there who swear by 'em, and they're not endorsing snake oil :D

I like the Jazz III XL. Sharpness of the jazz III but in a more familiar size offering.

I have both the tortex and tortex flex, been preferring the flex more recently and I use the .88mm, plenty rigid enough for my tastes.

Used to use a Dunlop 208, couldn't handle the chirp.
I switched over to a Dunlop Flow Pick, Andy James sig and its been working well!
