Well ventilated and out of direct sunlight. Dilute to one part per billion before ingesting or may cause post-birth defects. You might want to tape off the binding and address that manually near the edges. You can sand that part and then use a razor to smooth out the binding from sanding scuffs/scratches. Probably best to tape off anywhere there is glue like the neck joint and fingerboard... possibly scarf joint. Have fun!

Removing it by hand is a pain.
I’d use a hand held orbital polisher with 80 or 120 grit sandpaper to remove the paint, then move up to 220, 320, 400, etc…for finishing.
