Here's a quick comparison between a Neutrik and G&H connector.

http://www.mp3lizard.com/download.cfm?id=27862
file is a WAV

Chord progression played through 4 times.
First and third time is G&H
Second and fourth time is Neutrik

Did this quickly on my axe-fx.

Only thing that changes is the connector type.

Seems to work fine for me

Interested to see if it works for anyone else

Interesting...not a huge difference (although I'm on my laptop) but its obvious that the Nuetrik sounds more open and clear.

^ really?

I can't tell the bloody difference haha

They sound the same to me. I did replace my Neutriks with the G & H. At first there was no noticeable difference. About a month later I put the Neutriks back on. Then I notice the difference. I was getting a better signal with the G&H. May be one of my one was bad. I do prefer the quality of the G&H over the Nuetriks, but your recording proves there is very slight or no difference.

i seem to like the neutrik ends based on the recordings.

very hard to tell the difference, but the difference is there. the extreme highs and extreme lows are where i noticed the most difference.

funny how our ears can play tricks on us

when I was tracking the clip I heard a HUGE difference between the 2

Then I listened to the playback and realised they were very similar

Obviously my playing might impact results too...EG. I might have pick'd slightly harder when doing the neutrik clips vs the g&h etc.
