Check out the new 200w Dynamo GTS (Grand Touring Series). 2-ch Super Overdrive but unlike most amps it stays very tight and focused with a tight bottom end, awesome string to string definition, and crystal clear clean channel. Thanks to 4x KT-90 power tubes, hi-end Audiophile grade components, Pure Silver Audio wiring, Military Spec, Plitron Toroidal power transformers, and O'netics High Definition Output transformers. This amp was designed from a Sound Engineering point of view for Touring Artist.

The Dynamo GT-6 is the same specs as the GTS but has a Sweet Vintage
British tone thanks to 6x KT-77 power tubes..

Like the headshell design on the lower one. What's pricing like for these?

WELCOME! I must be honest, I dont think I ever heard of kt-90 power tubes before. I will need to check this out.

Looks nice, I'd have to check one out before I spent $4k though. We aren't all as well off as you

Yeah I could buy like two of these this week. um yeah, I am more like a blackstar HT-5 kinda budget guy. haha

different for sure...looks cool. General public seems to be going the other direction wattage though. i get calls all the time asking to build a 6v6 low cersion of mine so. Ive started on a couple. Could be a trend but you never know. Some big names may want a couple 200 watters for sure. .

no offense here, but if i were contemplating $4k on an amplifier, i would just shoot for the sky and get a Larry instead. I know Diezels are in that price bracket new, but have a pretty good backing and tonal pallet to back it up plus the build quality and MIDI. Larry's are arguably the best in the business as far as build quality is concerned - pure PTP perfection and the tone of iced earth - simple perfection. $4k is alot of cabbage, that is also twice the cost of a DAR amplifier after taxes and more than a CCV with full MIDI and warranty.

Its kind of cool to see that they arent going after the same ole thing as far as their builds but I have to agree that the trend these days seems to be towards lower wattage amps and not 200 watters for sure. THe cosmetics on the top amp are kind of ugly, like a retarded reinhardt.

I'd like to hear more samples before I even contemplate if its "worth it".

If you look at the quality and price of parts used the price makes more sense. It looks like a interesting design. I remember talking with Andy Marshall years ago about using some of the same ideas .... but that was a bass amp. I would be interested in hearing one myself....
Personally I feel clips never are a good way to judge anything ever..... let alone music gear. Clips are OK to get a rough idea of some of what a amp can do, but nothing like being in the room with a amp.
