After not owning an 8 string for a few years I got the itch to get a new one. So far so good but damn I'm going to have to get used to the 28 inch scale. It's ff 26.5 to 28. After lowering the pickups and playing through my Mark VII on the VII mode it sounds good. I had to dial back the gain to 9 o'clock. It seems to start getting muddy with the gain starting at 10 o'clock. Shitty cell phone pics.
