So while, I was home from work during lunch packing up a Mesa cab that I sold for shipping, my doorbell rang unexpectedly and this arrived:

TomasZewicZ TZZ-17H-Overdrive
17 Watt Cathode Bias EL84 Head

Earlier this week this came too:

Custom Audio Amplification Ported 1X12 Cabinet

And this:

I've only played it for 15 minutes or so as it was after 10 pm before I started playing it but, I'll put it to you this way... it LOOKS like it's a mid gain 20 watt vintagey Marshall sounding head but, SOUNDS like a fire breathing HIGH GAIN 50/100 watter. It is not compressed sounding. Very open in fact and has just the right amout of "give." It is just INSANELY loud. I never thought a 17 watt head and an attenuator would need to go together but, it just might in this case. I'll dial it in a little bit and shoot a vid tomorrow or Monday. My ears are still ringing and all this was through the 1X12! I can't imagine it running a 4X12!

Looks like an awesome amp! never came across one in person but have heard of them. ringing ears are always a good sign

Going to have to pull out my Mesa Subway Rocket (22 Watt EL84) too and see what similarities there are between these two EL84 amps (if any).

Those TomasZewicZ amps are nice! I met the owner a few years ago at NAMM and he was a really cool guy.
