So not only do I get let outta the nuthouse today but my supercalifragilisticexpialidocious Explorer from Rob arrived :) Unfortunately the fedex beasts had fun with the headstock again...

Other than the fact that I would be planning a killing spree on FedEx employees if I were you, that guitar looks awesome! Congrats! How does it feel/play/sound?
 
It sounds and feels GREAT. It seriously reminds me of why I wanted to play guitar in the first place. It is a beastly machine that feels alive and simply feels RIGHT :) I'm seriously thinking of selling stuff and having him build me some other guitars already.

i swear...it's almost like if you put the word "fragile" on a box, they take time out of their day to beat it up worse. :aww:
 
That is bad 'a' dude! Explorers haven't ever really done much for me, but that thing really made me take notice. Really sweet looking axe man.
 
That looks ridiculous. You got that for only $2000 and there are idiots paying $6000+ for ESP Customs? Just hilarious. That thing looks so much nicer IMO. :yes: :rock:

Robs guitars are sick,that JH-1 he makes is pretty awsome.

Killer looking... I could play that, and I'm not crazy about Explorers in general. Too bad those assholes broke it in transport. How did they manage to break something packaged so well? :no: :doh:
 
I'm not so much a fan of the head-stock shape but overall it looks like a fantastic guitar. Is that flame maple binding on the sides of the fretboard?
