Having had a 36th neck and Breed Neck in a Flying V, I recon a Flying F (opposed to a Les Paul) can use the extra oomph a bit more...
36th Anniv PAF neck are still in two of my Les Pauls, although I'm contemplating replacing one with a Pearly Gates neck.

I find the 36th's to be great pickups. Had them in an ESP EC-1000T, and put a pair in a Les Paul. Very musical pickups, though, I know a V is a different animal.

That would be fucking awesome!

The new 7 strings look awesome. 22 frets and pretty classy with the binding and such. I don’t play 7s too much now, especially hardtails, but if there was a Z like those I might have to bite.
