I have been after one of these for a while now, I got this from someone I went to school with 17 years ago!
I got in touch with him via craigslist months ago through a text message. I didn't have the funds at the time and asked if he wanted a trade, well he didn't and needed the money. So that was that, no deal came from that....
Well last week I was ready to pull the trigger on one and was really hoping for one locally so I sent a text over and he still had it. I didn't know still at this time that we knew each other. Once we got on the phone to work out the details we found out that we knew each other.
I got this with a road case for a very good deal from him, I felt good getting it from someone I know rather than a stranger across the country.
It had a few hiccups but I got it up and running in a day or so.
I have it running into a Brunetti 2x12 cab with Vintage 30's in it.
I am also pushing the tubes with a few clean boosts, EQ, wah, delay, and a flange.
I am VERY VERY happy with the setup!
The only problem I am having is a massive noise coming from my home's electrical system...I am trying to work it out now.
