I agree. It's one of those things where if Extreme would put out a really successful cd they might sell a lot but right now that ain't the case. Plus I had to send mine back to get warrenty work within a few months of buying my N4 and on top of that they chipped it and then told me it arrived that way. I bitched but got nowhere. Damn thing is my N4 is such a cool guitar to play. Prolly the most fun guitar due to the light wieght, punchy sound, great neck and considerable sustain.

Unfortunately, your experience with Washburn customer service is not uncommon. JasonK (RIP) was never able to get a satisfactiory replacement neck for his custom shop N4, and that was even with John from Funky Munky involved.

Plenty other horror stories out there I am afraid
