Yeah man, I was on my way to practice. Usually I put something to take up the space, like a guitar case, but in my haste to get out the door, I totally forgot. I have a $500 deductible... Fek me

Ouch. That sucks. At least it didn't go forward. Had a friend killed in an accident when the gear flew forward and hit him in the back of the head. Stuff we never really think about.

I started thinking about this kind of stuff when I had a kid. A cell phone or aluminum water bottle can become a missile in a wreck. Glad it wasn't worse.

Wasn't me posting. It happened back in the late '80s. I'm very aware of anything I carry in the car because of it.
