I wish I had a pic of how bad my frets were before. But who cares, I have new ones!

It plays great, is on tune all over the neck, and doesn't buzz.

My cleans benefited a lot. There's no buzz, and it's as loud as I can keep it together on my end. But I'm still getting used to them, because I was used to playing worn down frets. I got the 6105's on there.

Here's a clean clip. Don't mind the clams, and dirty selector switch.

I recently got my early 70's LP custom refretted and I got to agree with you. It plays better than it ever did and sounds great....

I am sure it depends on how often you play, but say everyday, how long would one go without having to refret in estimation??

Nice. The oly bad thing is trying to play softer on the frets to keep them like new   I hate the thought of burning up frets...especially since I have a heavy fret hand :aww:

Yesss. The open chord frets have the most effect with wear. My guy set up the axe well. It's nice to have them in tune again.

I played my one guitar every day for an hour (at least), for over 5 years, and they only needed a re-level, re-crown, and re-polish. I could have gotten 10 years out of it before I needed a real refret. Then again, I have a very light left hand since I play with super low action.

Yess.

WHERE in Michigan? I have an early 80's Gibby that is screaming for a decent fret job...
