To be fair, nobody alive today invented putting a capacitor and resistor in parallel. It's a common basic electrical circuit—like a voltage divider, for example. And using a "dull cap" to kill highs has been around since the vacuum tube was invented. Plate bypass caps are described in every vacuum tube handbook ever written, well before any of us were born.

Hey blowjobdave! Just cause you have Cameron at your disposal doesnt make you king shit around here.

If an amp sounds awesome I don’t give 2 fux where the circuit came from. There are only so many ways to make a guitar amp, so don’t act like Cameron is some electrical engineering genius. The guy literally swaps components in well know circuits. It ain’t rocket science.

And how many other assholes have stolen amp designs. I can name the biggest one. Jim Marshall. So shut the fuck up with your exclusive Cameron amp bullshit that almost no one can get.

Wow, thanks for letting me know I struck a deep nerve with you. I love it! :poke: :hys: :D

Dear Dave, if you see this it's already too late. I am cutting open my insides to prepare for the preorder of the Little JJ.

If that is a prototype at NAMM please allow more headroom with the Bass and Gain as they are dimed in the Chippy video.

Thanks.

I saw a video of that little JJ. Sounded great.

I have a friend there that owns the 100 watter, he says the little JJ sounds the same.

The BE-100 Deluxe seems great, love that it's got the plexi clean with a seperate eq. Looks like it's time for me to get a BE.
(Digging the new look as well, but also contemplating red or white tolex).

What is the tonal differences between the 100 BE Deluxe Vs. the BE50 Deluxe????

Why would one pick one over the other?

I am trying to understand in what tonal ways are they different?

Seems like the BE50 is going to have a better clean channel for sure then?

Is this the main difference, BE100 deluxe lacks the american clean channel and its gain goes further into brutal territory????

How much more brutal can you really get than the BE50 Deluxe on its HBE channel with a KoKo Boost pedal?

Based on what I'm reading here the BE50 Deluxe is probably the amp I should get, because from what I heard on youtube it's plenty brutal enough, and I love the beautiful American style clean channel. Am I far off?

When are we gonna get a demo of it with Sammy Boller????

Can you also make a video doing a comparison between the BE50 vs the Be100 deluxes???
I am getting ready to buy one of these two heads and just wanna know im making the right pick, I'm leaning towards the BE50 from what I've read, but still haven't heard any clips, and am not understanding the clear tonal differences between the amps, which amp excells most at what genres & applications????

Come on man, it's already 2nd day of NAMM give us more info!

Not the 2nd day of NAMM ... it was the middle of the night in CA when you posted this. I’m positive they’ll make an announcement in the next day or so.

I’m interested to learn more about the BE-100 deluxe too, but c’mon. Be patient.

  Come on man we are dying over here.

TBH 2019 NAMM has me more excited and gassed up than any other year it seems. Definitely need more clips and info.

There are a few clips of the new BE 100 Deluxe on youtube but it is just a couple of guys dancing around and wanking each other. I have yet to see a detailed video, if I do and it has not been posted yet I will absolutely post up.

Copying Bogner???? Really.. funny thing is they copied me with there Helios..

Indeed they did! Actually several builders have copied that first stage plate setup you use (100k/220k with 500pf parallel with the 100k)

I do understand Dave's point here.. I was only referring to the darker voice, generally speaking.

You said "Dave needs to stop copying bogner and get back to the classic sounds."

Nice try, but you can't backpedal out of this one. Show some respect for the man, knucklehead.

Yes, there are more ways than one to do something similar to someone else... one way is, in this case, to copy the darker voice that bogner is known for.... then another way would be to copy the actual circuit specs that someone else designed. I was referring to the former in my statement and Dave was referring to the latter. Got it dumb dumb?

Yeah because we all know Bogner's the only company with darker voiced amps, so Dave must have gone and copied 'em. :hys: :loco:
