That second tune kind of reminds me of old Priest. Sounds almost like it belongs on Stained Class.

Yup. Sounds like heavy metal updated with some blackened death influences. It does remind me of Judas Priest, and Dissection's last record music-wise. I especially like how the clean vocals don't sound like power metal...
