New Mesa Head shell day

New to me Mesa Headshell. Just came in today from Kyle.

Loaded My Mesa in it from the Combo. It is about half the weight now. Huge difference. Thanks Kyle
Getting ready to order 2 custom 1x12 cabs to match the Bogner with Mesa specs.

I have a VHT 2902 coming in the mail by Friday for the rack below. To finish it off and be done with the rack gear ("Again" ) will be a Line6 G90 rack mount and Axe II.

Its a great amp. Still has the reverb I like it better through a 1x12 open back cab than my Bogner 4x12. Mine is the 60 watt only, a pair of 6L6 tubes with Reverb, No Eq, No Simu Class. Plain simple Mesa tone.

Thanks. I guess the Eq sliders would be nice since the 3 channels share the Bass/Mid/Treb but I never had one with so it really isn't missed.

To anyone going from combo to Head, the head requires longer 8/32 screws. The combo has shorter screws because it has a shock absorption system that is bored into the top wood. I used to think it was for stacking heads or cabs but apparently not. Im a Contractor and have boxes of screws for everything so I had that I needed. You would need 1-1/4 inch long X 8/32.

It still sounds best with the MC90 open back cab.
