New mic came in today...please tell me if it sounds better.

I will get into a crazy story later on about how I got a free mic, and what it is...but I am on my way out the door to go Listen to Stephen King talk.

No more internal mic!
Please tell me if you think it sounds better now vs. the older videos.
Keep in mind I was testing this mic and didn't record the video, I just used my old video from the first recording.
Also I didn't try at the song at all...this is just a test.

Rosetta stoned-I deleted this one, I am going to start pulling video's and putting up better one's.

Stinkfist, this sounds pretty good to me for now.

Sounds great!!! In the first video it is a bit hard to tell if that's all your tone or a lot of the original track? Well, on these crappy soundsticks anyways. So either you nailed the original tone and it is barely distinguishable or get yourself into the mix a bit more! :D
But it sounds great! Is that the pr30 you wanted to get? Vh4, herb?

Your videos' fault I'm GASing for a herb now :)

I don't think you need a mic for 800 bucks to record guitars. Sm57 is the way to go! Sounds good!
I use a md421 and a sm57. There is a difference but it is not that the sm57 sounds worse for guitars.
