Last year I purchased a Morningstar MC8 and absolutely love it. Easy to program through a web page, highly recommended.
I've been enjoying it controlling my AxeFxIII, Eventide H9 pedals and 2 Synergy SYN2 units. HOWEVER, no matter how I tried daisy chaining the midi cables, I could not add my KSR Artemis. I've narrowed it down to what I believe is the Synergy SYN2's. I won't go into details, but I got frustrated enough to just buy another midi pedals just to switch the Artemis.

For $119 on Amazon, I bought a Hotone Ampero Control midi pedal. It has a Phone app and you connect your phone via bluetooth to the footswitch and program the footswitch in the app. In a matter of literally couple minutes, I setup 4 patches in the Artemis (main rhythm, crunch, clean and Lead) plus the ability to toggle the Mode, Fat, Voice and Bright switches in any channel. For anyone looking at getting a quick and easy midi footswitch controller, I think this is a great deal.

Side note the KSR Artemis is amazing and being able to switch the channels, modes and all the toggle switches via patches is awesome. 4 channels and a ton of variations with the toggles. For years, I've mainly used one setting and occasionally switch things around. The ability to save patches and call them up any time is so damn cool.
