Recently got the Naked amp, #003 of the new style. This amp kills, unfortunately it gets a really bad rap for only a chugga metal amp. I've found it to be more than that, it does have a gain control on it, so you can dial it down to do lighter rock tones, and soo smooth. It does do the modern heavy sound great tho if you're wanting that. I'm playing it thu a late 70's Marshall 1982A cab with 30 watt black backs. What other speakers sound good with this amp??
I had a BE100 a while back,,really liked it but it seemed like I just kept twisting knobs and flipping switch's to dial it in. Decided to sell to help fund a new house. We're all settled in now, so now to fill the music room. The naked has been pretty damn easy to dial in,,,all on 6, gain and volume to taste. I added some silver jube knobs to change up the looks,,,i think it looks better with em.
