New rack day!!! Gsp gurus in here!!

So i sold everything and i wanted a small rack setup. I bought this gsp 1101
with the control 2 for $350 almost brand new and made a trade for the carvin ts 100,rack case and samson for a orange dark terror that i had. Sounds good but probably it's the behringer cab the speakers sucks. I'm thinking of throwing 4 wgs veteran 30 or buy another cab so to the gsp gurus any tips,sugestions or presets are welcome :rock: :rock:

Check out the "mustbebeta" site for updates and new amp models. It's a site Digitech employees do on the side. Updates are not authorized through Digi but everyone uses the site.
 
Those Berhinger cabs are the worst I've heard. I would not waste time and money loading them with different speakers. There are too many better options to bother with that imo.
 
I have been using a rig similar to yours (GSP1101 & Mesa 50/50 power amp) in a pop/rock type band since June and I have been happy with the results and I agree with both of the previous replies.

The mustbebeta upgrades are great.

Every once in a while we rehearse at a studio that suplies cabs and they have Behrigner cabs there and at first I thought I could get away with using my rig with the studio's cab -- and both times, after the first song I had to go get my own cab out of my car.
 
I get best results using a real boost pedal in front of the gsp. I only use a JCM900 Sim with a Suhr Riot or TC Spark Booster.
 
I trade the power amp, rack case and samson for a single rectifier series 2 damn mesa gas :lol: :LOL:
