Learned of this Yo Yo Ma collaboration by chance. Gave it a shot. You can listen and vote for my entry here:

The piece is in F Major. I added an intro, bridge and outro, and added a string section and some other effects for background. I panned Yo Yo Ma's raw cello track left. It comes in after the intro. The guitar comes in at 54 seconds - hard panned right.
Most of my playing is based on F Mixolydian which may sound odd against Yo Yo's F Major lines. For the outro I added a bunch of chord changes which finally resolve to Bb Major (which I guess makes sense since my F Mixolydian lines really want to resolve to Bb Major).
Anyway, recorded this one with the Einstein. Added a good amount of delay and so that might be covering up some of the tone. The guitar has some intonation problems. Also I used the tremelo which I normally hardly ever do in my playing and I think that may have created some tuning issues as well. But aaprt from that I am pleased with the sound.
