Not sure if it is the guitar contributing but it came strung with Elixir Strings, I was using Ernie Balls on all my guitars, however the Elixirs seem brighter. Any truth to the 3 to 5 times longer usage on these?
They seem to be about double the price of Ernie Balls.
Thinking of putting a set of Suhr Aldrich's in one of my les pauls. Awesome pickups

I hated leaving her behind in the hotel room when we were out, We were in Glasgow to see Satriani in concert when I got it.
