I always wanted the original character series pedals to have a speaker sim button and now the new ones do. Very tempted on the Orange and Hiwatt versions. Kind of curious how the US steel sounds. Now that they have the speaker sim button, you can use them in front of an amp. Then if the amp goes down, you can just turn on the sim and go straight to the PA.

I was demoing those at NAMM - all 3 pedals are a lot of fun! US Steel is pretty much a boogie Rectifier tone - that's what I played since most my stuff was hi gain. Tons of eq options. The Hiwatt and Orange were awesome too - probably my fave was the Hiwatt of the 3 - it's actually a pretty good shred pedal because it has a fast reaction time. I was digging that sim button too - would definitely help in front of some amps.
