Everyone should watch this if he or she isn't fully-up-to-speed with Vit D.

Yeah honestly have been taking more Omega 3 lately too and Multi Vit as I took these when I was younger. Didn't know the benefits of Vatamin D here and well for sure going to do an uptake in that and see my intake in general.Just get something, say, 4000IU+ with K2 added bro'; that should do ya.
Take 2 a day for a month or so then dial it back to 1, or if you still need it, stay at 2.
If feasible, get it from being out in the sun, the old fashioned way!@Bad Brain should sound off on this. I think he has experience in these matters.
What people don't realize is that you need some healthy fats to absorb K2. Some of it is still absorbed without.Just get something, say, 4000IU+ with K2 added bro'; that should do ya.

Nope vitamin D broseph. I have it on file. Remind me sometime and I’ll pull it up.Can you remember what your daily dose was in IU brother?
I know for-sure that doses of near 1 000 000 IU have been tested and no toxicity / reactions were recorded.
Obviously that'd be ridiculous (and unaffordable) to continue and it'd prolly result in too-much calcium being absorbed, but I'm sure I've heard that many folks have been prescribed up to 30 000 IU for long periods without issue.
The "1 million IU" tests are what's critical here - no toxicity or negative reaction.
Maybe it was something else?
Look, I'm generally against synthetics but in some cases they work.I don't think the synthetic pills does much. Maybe elevates your levels as far as lab tests, but nothing much as far as improvements.
Yeah...... Master Craftsmen is pretty cool and forgot about that and yeah they do have some nuggets of cool stuff like when foreigners go to Japan to visit and they give their impression of the country.View attachment 394466
Can still watch it on YouTube so no worries there.
I love NHK. Watched it heaps over the years. I especially like it when they explore master craftsmen and quirky Japanese traditions and "sports".
