New tubes going out in new amp?

Anyone else had problems with a tube(s) going out on their new amp? I called and emailed a few times but didn't receive any response and got lucky on a call one time. I was told that even new tubes go out all the time and to go buy new ones. Pretty crappy customer service since I just dropped $4k at GC for this amp.
 
Please tell me what email you are using? I personally answer all the emails and I have not got anything. Also you said you talked with someone did you every call back again. We are there 11 to 6 Monday thru Friday and sat 11 to 5. We take care of all our customers.
 
Also are you leaving a message when you call?
 
We also would not have said go buy new ones if you told us it was a new amp. Tubes are under waranty. If it was a recent GC or mf purchase you need to go through them for a return/ replacment.
