im getting attached to this amp the more i get it dialed in. it has so much pre amp gain, but i like it more dialed in with the pre amp around 10:00, and the master around 1:00, and boosted with my maxon. just a huge ripping sound!! its similar to my marshall, but with more thickness and low end. lotta tones in this box!! ill try and take my emg loaded charvel there this weekend for some lower volume brootz. anyway rough playing, but you get the idea...

Yeah, I was going to ask why your Egnater was in a Mark III head shell. :D

Sounds great man, congrats. :)

Edit - Just watched your actual Mark III video and liked that one even more (but I'm a sucker for that Mark Boogie tone). Sounded great.

Thanks man, I love the boogie too, They're both similar in what they do tho, hell, might keep them all and do a stereo rig with them. I'll post the vid of the markIII:

Both are cool. The Mesa is more my taste. But I've had a few so maybe I am biased. You're right those would mix well.

sounds good dude! My Seminar head has been my main gigging head for a long time now. I still say going to that class was the best money I ever spent.

Cool video.

Which Egnater amp were you playing?

Seminar amp build
Cool! I had a blast building mine at the seminar in July, 2007. Bruce and his family are wonderful people, and it was a great experience.

thanks for checking out my vids guys. i wish i had the time/opportunity to take the amp building class. i bought this one off a fellow forumite because ive wanted to try one for a couple years after hearing mark days vids of it...i dont have an interface at home yet to mic it properly and do it justice, trying to catch it on my handheld recorder, and hear all of it is impossible(so far).
that vid is with the mic on the lowest setting and the low cut on. it was chest thumping loud in the room.
