This was hand picked from the custom shop for weight and tone...

I had it on layaway for a little while and every time I went back played it, it was a total winner.

I'm really digging this guitar, plays itself, sounds amazing and it a great match for the Brown Eye 100....

BTW... Since I have always had a "love hate" thing with ebony, I'm TOTALY cool with Ritchlite fret boards...

OH YA...THE HELIOS 100 LANDS IN A MTTER OF HOURS !!!

Waiting for a detailed comparison BE100 Vs Helios 100 If I were to guess. The BE is more hot rod JCM800. Helios Plexi. BE not as bright as the Helios. A little more compressed. The Helios will have a little more open tone and also feel a little stiffer in comparison. The Helios will have a little bit more in the low end and high end. BE will have better harmonics. Note separation will nod to the Helios. Both will be great I'm sure.

I am digging my new Friedman BE 100 so flippin' much that I am honestly having a hard time trying to imagine in my head exactly what the Helios will be like.

I guess I will find out later today...

I like this one as you can see my newly scaled down and simplified pedal board...

Really glad to be going simple these days on the pedal board without all the midi, RJM, switching, voodoo pedal looping stuff, etc.

It was really cool for a while but it adds more points of failure and a headache to change around at times.

I've got 2 Les Paul Custom guitars with Richlite fretboards, both are awesome guitars. I admit, an ebony fretboard would have been nice, but these guitars play and sound amazing, so I'm not complaining
