Oops I did it again! This baby comes with an EMG 81 and it sounds massive! D tuning - super low action - it plays like butter! The previous owner removed the middle pup and also swapped the neck SD to a Di Marzio one. This baby was born in 1997 and the neck is to die for! Clips to come soon!

My first really nice guitar was one of these, I got it brand new back in 2000 or 2001 and I still use it all the time. It´s my designated Duncan JB guitar, it seems. Had a few others from the same era as well over the years, very nice quality all round. Congrats!

Just to nitpick ever so slightly, they didn´t call it the SL1 until about 1996-1997 when they settled on the OFR and the Duncans and came out with the Select line with tons of finishes. Every SL1 is a Soloist, but not every Soloist is a SL1. Always great guitars, though!
