Just got this thing...it's been stripped and needs electronics but plays great. After it was stripped it was oiled...but what should I do now? Refinish it or just slap some electronics in and rock? Any advice?

Oooohhhh! Uuuuggglleeee. Sell it to me for cheap and you won't have to worry about it.
Seriously though, that looks very nice. I think I would install electronics and rock it as is.

Same here, that looks pretty cool. I had an 82 Burny Rhoads model, had a maple cap though. Was a great guitar, wish I still had it.
Lets see the back!

I couldn't help myself...I finished it. Loaded it up with a Seymour Duncan Jazz in the neck and a custom wound Afwayu I believe in the bridge. Coil tap and series/parallel push pull pots on the tone knobs. Went with a very light sunburst. A lot of the hardware looked like it was gold then lost the gold finish for the most part, so I tried doing the hardware similar to that. The gold pickguard bracket looks a little bright though. Here's some pictures:

well, that looks pretty bad ass also

Thanks! I just didn't like the open grain of the stripped wood...just kinda ran with it.
